project description:

Renovation of masonry façade including masonry repair, new storefront, ramped accessible entry, and video drop and exterior lighting. New 1,300 SF video store with 2,400 LF media storage and interactive library access. Theater lobby renovation. New second floor conference center.
 

design solutions:

Aluminum, glass, cement plaster and epoxy unite the new entry façade with interior elements developed as interventions within original building shell.
